How to make good deer sausage

I use a pork but and deer ham and sausage seasoning mix

First you cut the meat off the bone a slice in small cubes so they will fit in you meat grinder

after you have meat cut off the bone start grinding it up  and mix a in ham slices with deer slices at same time

then and sausage seasoning mix to taste or sprinkle on like in a old spice sacker and fry and ready to eat.

Makes a lot but try to put the same amount of meat per lbs. in mix.
